親屬移民申請所需資料

Document for Spouse and/or Children’s Green Card Application

（結婚移民/ Through Marriage）

· 结婚证 / Marriage Certificate

· 公民方 / Document for US Citizen:

1. 公民紙,或出生紙(美國出生),或美國護照 / Certificate of Naturalization or US Passport or US Birth Certificate
2. 所有以前婚姻結束證明(離婚、死亡或無效，如適用) / Proof of all previous marriages ended (Divorce Decree/Death Cert/Annulment, if applicable)
3. 近三年的報稅記錄（1040＋ W2）和工作证明信或薪水支票存根(三個月) /Tax Returns of last 3 years(IRS Form 1040 and W2) AND Pay-stubs(3 months) or Employment Verification Letter

· 配偶方 / Document for Alien Spouse:

1. 護照、签证 及I－94 / Passport, Visa and I-94
2. 目前美國身份證明材料 如 I－20/OPT , H1, L1等, / Current Status, F1/OPT, H1, L1, etc.
3. 出生証明 或 出生公證(台灣：可用戶籍謄本, 大陸來的：可用出生公證)/ Birth Certificate

4. 所有以前婚姻結束證明(離婚、死亡或無效，如適用) / Proof of all previous marriages ended (Divorce Decree/Death Cert/Annulment, if applicable)

· 每人2张护照照片 / Two Passport Style Photos of each person

如需要申請配偶的未成年子女 （未及18歲）, 需準備資料 / If petition for Children (Under 18) :

1. 子女的出生公證 / Birth Certificate

2. 醫院出生証明 / Medical Birth Certificate

3. 离婚协议 / Divorce Agreement

4. 護照、签证 及I－94(如果已在美國） / Passport, Visa and I-94(If in the US now)
